PTT#1-Valentine's Day Cupcake

Welcome to The New Party Time Tuesdays 1st challenge of 2011!!  My name is Jenn and I am the new owner.  I am very excited to kick off this challenge with an AWESOME team.  They sure have been busy planning this weeks party.  We are also lucky to have an amazing sponsor this week.  Please help me welcome the very talented Regina!  She is the owner of The Cutting Cafe.

 ~Valentines theme

This challenge will run from today February 1, 2011-February 7, 2011 (11:59 pm MTN).  The winner of this challenge and the V.I.P Top 3 will be announced on Thursday, February 10, 2011.  Badges will be awarded to the winners!  Please see the "Challenge Rules" Tab at the top of this page for the official rules.
