PTT#162-Color Challenge

Hello to all the followers here at Party Time Tuesdays! We are so glad you could join us today. Today's challenge is a pretty one! It is inspired by one of our DT members that will be leaving us soon. Kiki has a great sense of color in all of her colorful scrapbooking layouts and journal pages. Oh Hello

Hi everyone! Jenn here from Jax Bean Stalks. Hope you had a fantastic weekend. We sure did! Ended the skiing season without injury, practiced baseball and made dinner for the rest of the week! Super productive!

I am obsessed with doing video tutorials at the moment. I think they are super fun and I crack up at myself and all the "re-takes" it requires to get thing just right. Today I have a tutorial on combining a couple of SVG cut files and assembling my project.

Calling All Party Planners!! It's a DT CALL

Party Time Tuesdays is looking for an undecided number of Party Planners to join our very unique design team for a term of 6 months. When we say that we have a unique team...we literally mean it. We are the 1st design team dedicated to promoting YOU as an artist! Sound interesting? Well, it is! We do not require you to make new projects we actually want to drive traffic to some of your favorite OLD posts from the past! We want people to see you as an artist.

Benefits:

Your name and picture displayed on the PTT blog
Your work displayed for over 1800 followers to see
Traffic from the web being driven directly to your personal blog
Support from your teamies who will share your work on their FB pages
Opportunity to work with product from some really amazing sponsors

Requirements:

Must have an ACTIVE blog where you post 2-4 times a week

Must be ACTIVE on Facebook and willing to share 4-5 posts a week

Must be ACTIVE on Google+ and willing to share your post and your teamies post.

Must be ACTIVE on Pinterest
Must be ACTIVE on Twitter and willing to Tweet about PTT (optional)

Here is the rundown of what will be expected of you as a Party Planner:

-Posting old or new projects to the PTT blog and your personal blog 2 times a month (total of 12 posts in 6 months). This is only a snip-it of a photograph and then you link to the actual post on your personal blog.

-Participating in our weekly challenges: 1 time per quarter (1 every 3 months...only 2 for your 6 month term!). You can use OLD projects that fit the theme...or make new!

-Share your post AND your fellow teamies posts on Face Book at least 4-5 times a week. It's all about promoting!

-Comment on our challenge participants entries (this is anywhere between 6-8 comments a week AND it only happens 2-3 weeks out of the month....grand total of an average of 15 comments a month!

-Support and comment on your fellow team mates post. Support is the key to the team. The only way we are going to get traffic to your art is to have you help get traffic to your teamies art!

-Display the PTT badge on your blog.

OK now what kind of bloggers are we looking for you ask? Well every Party has more than just paper! We want to see people with the following types of blogs:

Food, Food, Food! A party isn't complete without good food!

Paper, Cards and Altered Art

#160 Pinterest Challenge and a Lil' Ballerina Princess

Hello my lovely crafty peeps! Danielle, here! It's time to announce the winner of our Pinterest challenge, VIP's and share a bit of inspiration!! So, I have to share an aha moment I had after reading Colie's post. I had bought a Project Life Kit with the best of intentions using a Birthday gift card and have yet to use it (Money wasted) :( Colie had a fabulous idea using what we all have hanging around: 6x6 paper pads!!
