Make Your Own Mixed Media Designer Paper with Karen Conner

I want to share one of my homemade designer papers.  Not that I don't love buying all the named brands-I do!  Sometimes I want a specific color or pattern -and no matter how much paper I have -it's just not what I need!  Do you go through that?  Crazy huh?
